Hi Damian,

it appears to be the case that wiki changes are no longer send to this ML.
Could you have a look?
https://lists.torproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tor-wiki-changes

thank you!

Hi nusenu. Yup, I was just thinking about that. CenturyLink did some
work on my apartment's connection yesterday that knocked it offline.
Probably just needs the router to be rebooted but I'm visiting with
family through new years so the r2e instance will be unavailable until
then.

More annoyingly now I don't get Path of Exile news. Blah. >:(

Oh! Interesting, just got a dump of r2e emails. Guess it came back on
its own without a router reboot. Neat!

Would it help if we moved this to some other infrastructure?

If someone else would like to maintain it then sure. Karsten
originally ran it, then I took it over when he shut down his r2e
instance since I already run one for my news feeds anyway.

Could the torproject provide you with a VM to run that service?

thanks,

Hi nusenu. My point is that I'm providing it because it's convenient
for me since I already run an r2e instance for my personal news feeds.
I'd rather not maintain two r2e cron jobs.

If someone else would care to run it on a tor VM that's fine with me.
Another option would be for tor to provide a VM where I host this
*and* my personal feeds. I'm fine with that, though does feel a bit
funky. :)

are you planing to bring this functionality back any time soon?

thanks for considering it,

Hi nusenu. Yup, a CenturyLink technician is coming in a few hours to
restore my connection. Note to self: losing home internet connectivity
sucks.

Cheers! -Damian from a coffee shop
